This child grows up with the desire to break away from dull realities, and becomes an artisan of dreams in the service of others, through heritage and its history.
Raffaele, known as "the little Marquis of Beau-Lieux", decided to bring the magic of the Age of Enlightenment up to date by creating an atypical restaurant in Mons, in the year 2003: Le Salon des Lumières. Following its success and in gratitude to providence, the Salon, originally set up in an old 18th-century mansion, blossomed in a new bucolic setting in 2017: the Domaine du Château Blanc in Jurbise.
Raffaele braves life's storms and relentlessly cultivates resilience.
That's how he met another enthusiast: Adam Grégoire.
An aesthetic and creative entrepreneur, Adam acquired the Domaine in 2025, perpetuating its philosophy and developing its activities alongside Raffaele.
Together, they opened up the Domaine du Château Blanc to new horizons...
